Meralis, the events coordinator is amazing! She has a contagious smile and laughter, works super hard to make us residents feel good about our environment and happy to be here at Merrill Gardens. Her imagination has no bounds. Always searching for ways to entertain us in amazing places and ways. Her partner in crime, Ray, is just super helpful with all things. Fourth of July 2025 I found myself unexpectedly finding a senior living facility for my mom. A three day holiday turned into two weeks of exploring the unknown world of senior living. Heidi McIntee at MG is the absolute BEST! Professional, informative, friendly and compassionate. Heidi helped me navigate all the obstacles and road blocks to get my mom enrolled within two weeks. Brayan the admissions manager was awesome. From my first call inquiring about moving my Mom from Massachusetts to Merrill Gardens Brayan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were many questions and Brayan would respond right away even when he had the day off. He even answered my questions when he was on vacation. He goes above and beyond even now that Mom is a resident. Sometimes I still reach out to him and he is always prompt and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens. Mom is very happy there.
