My husband and I recently met with Brayan for a tour of Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace. It was a pleasure having Brayan show us around. He was helpful, informative, and accommodating. He answered all our questions and even provided some information we were not aware of, even after touring multiple other facilities. Great experience overall!
I can’t say enough about how this place is run, but maybe it’s just a single staff member, Brayan. Long story short, with little to no communication, strung our family along for weeks after I submitted a REFUNDABLE deposit, even after I voiced my concerns that the facility may not have the level of care required for my family member. Merrill gardens is a very attractive and comfortable place to live. the staff are caring and ready to help with my concerns. I have found all my neighbors to be very friendly and eager to help. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The meals are delicious and well prepared.
My experience when touring Merrill Gardens, was informative, and pleasant. I was greeted by Brayan Antunez, and he made me feel welcome. The tour was very positive and everyone was friendly. Brayan is "top notch" and he is an asset to MG. I look forward to moving there soon. The entire tour with all the amenities, plus the beauty of MG, and a great sales person, made the time spent, well worth it. I look forward to that special day.
