I moved from Pennsylvania to the Florida area the year October 2024 and when I looked at the landscaping it was clean and well-kept. Fourth of July 2025 I found myself unexpectedly finding a senior living facility for my mom. A three day holiday turned into two weeks of exploring the unknown world of senior living. Heidi McIntee at MG is the absolute BEST! Professional, informative, friendly and compassionate. Heidi helped me navigate all the obstacles and road blocks to get my mom enrolled within two weeks. Brayan the admissions manager was awesome. From my first call inquiring about moving my Mom from Massachusetts to Merrill Gardens Brayan was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There were many questions and Brayan would respond right away even when he had the day off. He even answered my questions when he was on vacation. He goes above and beyond even now that Mom is a resident. Sometimes I still reach out to him and he is always prompt and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens. Mom is very happy there.

My husband and I recently met with Brayan for a tour of Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace. It was a pleasure having Brayan show us around. He was helpful, informative, and accommodating. He answered all our questions and even provided some information we were not aware of, even after touring multiple other facilities. Great experience overall!
