The position title on Debbie Tobin's business card is "Community Relations Director." My translation: she is a salesperson, which could have a negative connotation, but in this case, it absolutely does not. She is one of the nicest sales people I recall dealing with--and like most octogenarians, I've seen lots of 'em. Our experience with Merrill Gardens Renton has been nothing short of wonderful. The only thing that fell short was availability, which is outside of their control and a sign that they are caring for their residents who want to stay there. When availability was limited, they referred us to a sister location in Tukwila which has been working out great. Getting our deposit back was easy and prompt. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens in general, with the Renton location being a highlight among their offerings.

A very nice place to retire to. Very caring and attentive staff, and the food choices are 5 star offerings.
