Firstly, I need to say went a different route for my father, but the fact that I’m writing this review should give you some high level indication of how impressed I am with Truewood. The staff: Jennifer and the rest of the team have an immense level of respect for their job, and an undeniable amount of genuine care for the residents at Truewood, in addition to the prospects who come through the door. This place is a gem. All of the staff are extremely personable and professional, with a strong desire to support each resident where they are at, leveraging staff expertise and experience along with appropriate doses of humor to come up with the right level of care for each resident.
