Booked a cottage and it was in rough shape. The floors slanted down, the toilet bowl shifted (as it wasn't sealed or bolted to the floor), the tiles were cracked, and the AC unit couldn't keep up. It was hotter in the cabin than it was outside (at 93 degrees). The King bed was so close to the walls that we could barely get in and out of bed. The restaurant was down a flight of poorly lit stairs with no elevator that we could find. There seemed to be no accessibility as everything was up stairs. Not a great place to stay.
Enjoyed our stay. Quiet and quant. Reminded me of my grandparents home. Slight upgrades would be beneficial (bathroom fan/shower head/linens). Clean pool with lots of chair options. REAL fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Hot tubs were down. Breakfast was included with our stay. Not stellar, it was a served continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Extremely Disappointed – Lost Item Not Returned Despite Proof We checked in on Friday, July 4th, 2025, in a room with 4 guests. After checking out, we realized we had accidentally left our headphones behind. When we called the hotel the same evening, an older man at the reception answered and kept giving vague reasons, refusing to help or take accountability.
