Rooms need to accommodate for families and bigger people some double beds would be good
We used to come here every season, opening as 6-7 Turkish families. We are absolutely not happy with the responsible person 'Di'. She/he makes us very uncomfortable when around. She is not answering friendly salutes and is very rude when asked even for a vacuum cleaner to do cleaning by us or answering text msgs. This year, she turned off the heaters at midnight and not turned on till asked till the next afternoon for the following days. The room I had no electric heater as well.
