Refused Help When I Needed It Most I called asking for help and made it very clear that I was struggling and needed to see a doctor in person. Instead of offering any support or even a call back, I was told I needed an appointment—but no appointments were available. I was flat-out refused and told my only option was to go to A&E. Sadly, i had left a 5 atar review previously but after the treatment i received yesterday from both the district nurse and admin staff. (Not the receptionist, she was lovely!) I came to discuss a serious matter regarding my history of cancer/complicated resproductive health. All they did was make me take a pregnancy test and send me on my way - something i was perfectly capable of doing myself several times over the past few days with mixed results - hence the appointment in the first place! Some times this place can be useless and reception staff think there qualified and the rudest of them put yet if we are rude to them we will be took off ,,,, so next time am going in am going to have my phone on record so I can send it to the health department and show them how rude the staff is but today I seen a nurse omg she was so helpful ,,,, she sorted out all my problems

Very unhelpful staff. If you heard the word "unhelpful" and dont know what that is, then go speak to the front desk staff. They will certainly teach you what "unhelpful" means. They shouldn't be working in a medical centre where people always need help.
