Don't go. First they miss diagnosed my teenage son with a arthritis in the ear that 60+yrs get and after a visit to hospital it was a ear infection, then I take my daughter for a appointment for her asthma and I get booked with a nurse who knows nothing about asthma, she went and asked another doctor, they didn't even check her we just get thrown some tablets to take, the next day she was taken to hospital in a ambulance. Worse doctors practice.
Most grossly incompetent gp practice in Leicester. Very arrogant, rude and argumentative staff, especially receptionists who are not medically qualified to be making any type of medical decision, yet have the bare faced audacity to decide who can see a doctor, clinician or pa and when the patient can see. Absolutely gallling bearing in mind they have no medical qualifications or experience. I saw clinician 3 weeks ago. I should have been referred for further investigation and they still have not done it and even have the arr... read more

This GP is not even worth one star because they do absolutely nothing for anyone. I have visited more than twenty times, but they haven’t done anything for me. Please do not register at this center so that it eventually shuts down, as they are completely useless.
