Lied to immediately by rude staff. Was looking for a physician to speak with in person and was offered telehealth. I declined and asked if near by I could find a physician then was told to go to Ottawa. Found Brockville, Kempville and Smiths Falls all had some and half the driving distance. Will be going out of my way to avoid spending any money at this establishment.
My experiences with Merrickville Pharmacy has always been positive. Great advice about pharmaceutical methods and a comprehensive selection of health related accoutrements. I look forward to my visits and have only felt respected and heard. I’ve even had canine prescriptions filled with good advice about how to use the product.
Always accommodating!! Takes my stress of dealing with prescription renewals completely away. Usually beats me having to call regarding new prescriptions, calls me first to let me know it’s ready. Sam is a gem
