The doctor and his assistants were wonderful, but the receptionist with the longer hair was terrible, very short and dismissive when im trying to explain to her that my insurance will not take three weeks for prior authorization!! She insisted that it will and preceded to schedule my appointment for three weeks out! I told her that too long because I’m in pain and she basically didn’t care!! I went home and called my insurance company and they told me it was authorized right away, and it never takes three weeks!! I call the ... read more
Dr. Steven D'Abundo extracted my molar last week and did an amazing job would highly recommend him for anyone nervous of oral surgery he was very nice and made sure I was comfortable.
