The staff is very nice but I unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. I had an infected tooth from a bad root canal that was causing unbearable pain and rapidly spreading. When I went in for a consultation, they told me I needed to wait a week for extraction for insurance to approve it. I called my insurance company to get the request expedited and they said they couldn’t because the office did not categorize it as an emergency. I had the male dentist who did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly and quickly. The prescription for pain relief was not called in by the office ever but thankfully it was not needed . The dentist was professional and skillful.
