Everyone that was involved with the service was attentive and helpful. I am disappointed with the car itself. I have had to bring the car in for the fourth time for the same electrical problem this year. Hopefully it is repaired this time. I resent the fact that the dealership continually advertises their “extensive loaner car program and inventory.” Each time this car has been brought in, there are no loaner cars available for a month. The worst service, didn’t fix anything after one week of my two month old grand Cherokee being there. They ordered parts three weeks ago still not in . And when I picked it up someone stole 30 dollars and all my loose change . And the inside of my car was full of dirt and grease on the floor mats it was a complete disaster. With only 2400 miles.Snd I called twice to speak to a service manager annd nobody called back. And I just saw a recall on hybrids that the battery’s catch fire . So what a complete joke.
