Caused damage to home from faulty install, sent out a guy to fix and verify issue from install and Merrick accepted responsibility…. But still have damage to my house… said he would send over a guy to fix the drywall….still have a massive whole in my kitchen wall…and that doesn’t include damage behind the wall/siding that I can’t see. And this was all discussed with Merrick since January… I last sent a text June… thought I found a roofer I could rely on, guess I was wrong.
