They helped me 5 minutes before closing when I had a flat tire. They got me a tube, and I was able to make it home. I am very happy with the service. If I was located closer, I would definitely come back.
I spoke to one of them to ask if they do e-bike He only told me to come and will check my e-bike. This company needs to upgrade for e-bike. All of sudden , when I arrived and the worker said he "cannot fix the pedal", my e-bike is just like the regular bicycle. He never gave me an answer on the phone if they included e-bike. I specifically only asked to replace new pedal on my e-bike. Not have to do anything with e-bike. Focus on the pedal, only. Let's be real, almost everybody is using e-bike more than the regular bike. Highly expensive and left a scratch on my rim go to wantagh bike shop
They quoted me a very fair price for what I needed done. Scott, the mechanic who did the job was very meticulous and pointed out other issues that need to be addressed on my, "new to me" bike. I was ready to have him handle them but he didn't have the parts needed in stock at the moment. He received a well earned tip nonetheless.
