Always have a great experience with both the store and the work shop. I have had my sons bike here a few times due to my son mistreating his bike and they always take care of me and make me understand everything that is being done. I would recommend Merrick bicycle always.
I recently brought my bike into Merrick Bicycles since I am new to the area, and I had a great experience. They put air in my tires, fixed my seat so it stayed in place, and tightened the handlebars. What stood out most was how kind and welcoming they were. I didn’t feel judged at all, and they acknowledged me right away, which I really appreciated.
