Looks like I've had the same issue as alot of other people my bank thought it was fraud payments and would reject the payment. I would get an email andd almost instantly take care of it. Right after my last payment they closed my account down had this card for over a year by far the worst credit card company too deal with. Just sent in my final payment owed since they closed my account a week or 2 ago I will not deal with this company again. Folks Find ya a different card if you can. They will go up on your credit limit without even getting clarification from the customer. I'm done with these folks.
This bank will send you a pre-approved. Credit card and then after you make application, with all your life information and hard credit check. They tell you that your not approved for the so called PRE-APPROVED bank card !!! Now this bank has my personal info !!!
I have never had bad service! I can not say enough to anyone who is trying to build credit. I have no idea what these people are talking about. Great card
Called to get information about the payment plan I was on and due dates since nothing was emailed after agreement to the plan and after being transferred to multiple people, I was told that my account was closed and that the payment plan I agreed to was just to pay back the balance not to regain use of the card.
