This bank starts charging $2 dollars a month for a credit card that was free. They put a 60 day deliquent payment on my credit report for the $2 monthly charge that I did not know about and dropped my credit score by 50-60 points. This is crazy to mess up my credit for there $2 monthly fee. The worst customer service ever if you can understand anything what they say ( all broken english)

I had this card a few years. Nothing special about it. Their online app worked good enough and wasn't hard to use or understand. I opened it with the understand that after 6 months of payments the card would double. It never did. But i kept it. I got charged a 4 monthly fee, not the worst. But recently I got a notification that that fee was doubling and that they were adding an annual fee, and if I do not accept these new terms, i can cancel the card. I was advised my account was closed yesterday and it will be investigated. I received a call this morning from a female sounding extremely hostile and direct accusation, advised she reviewed the call and remain closed. I attempted to explain I’ve been dealing with fraud and am doing research into whom might been doing this, fell on deaf ears. I do not care that the account being closed, I do not appreciate the tone or being falsely accused!
