Professional and efficient service. The oil and filter change was completed on time and with attention to detail. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and transparent about the process. Very satisfied with the experience and will return for future maintenance needs.

I stopped in a week and a half back needing a New York State inspection. Yes, I waited until the last minute. 🤔. Upon arrival, I discovered that the shop was under new ownership and this was the first time I met one of the new owners, Vlad. Let me tell you, though it was obvious they had a lot of jobs booked for the day, Vlad made a point of fitting me in. He was super friendly and accommodating, and I could not be happier that he and his co-owners are the newest members of the neighborhood! Thank you, Vlad!

I did not have an appointment, I was a walk-in, but New Merrick Automotive promptly fixed my car's dashboard and tail light problems. Highly recommended.
