I was always scared of the dentist. I waited way too long to have my tooth extracted. I’m not scared anymore, they were wonderful. I didn’t feel any pain.
I had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. Dr. Ummi was an exceptionally good dentist. She explained everything to me clearly and step-by-step, which helped me feel comfortable and informed throughout my appointment. She was very kind, patient, and professional. I'd also like to thank Claire at reception, who was lovely and welcoming. I really appreciated that the practice accommodated both my guide dog and my retired dog, who are inseparable companions.
Very disappointed in your customer service.you keep people waiting on the phone for ages to speak with someone even though there’s more than one receptionist at the front desk.
