YET ANOTHER UPDATE: Today I received four calls in quick succession from a private number. Answer, feeling that they are likely to be scammers, and wait to hear from an actual human. Scammers clone voices now so best to wait. I can hear that people are there, but they say nothing. Naturally I hang up. Immediately get another call from a private number, same thing happens. UPDATE: No change re the appointment idiocy. I receive a call from a private number. No, I am never going to answer what is likely to be spam. Identify yourselves properly. Get a message, hear a very poor quality call telling me to ring back to confirm. Argh! Why? Why not just ask people to ring back if they CAN'T make it or are sick? I want to keep my appointment - takes forever to get in - so ring back, struggle through the endless 'press blah for blah' choices until I reach the right department - but there is no option to... read more
Had a horrible Telehealth appointment with the dietician Julie Lee. She was rude and harsh. I stopped after 15 mins talking to hers Not coming to her again.
