Very rude and unhelpful
The engineer that came out to service our Rayburn was superb. Merretts customer service is 2nd to none. If you have a problem talk to them. I can't fault the service after an initial hiccup about whether we were new customers or existing.
Avoid like the plague Works carried out by unqualified apprentices and often have to be corrected by qualified senior engineers after many visits.
Boiler failed on Christmas Eve, eve. Rang fully expecting to be without heating over Christmas. John and Jazz arrived on Christmas Eve morning and made a temporary fix. Parts ordered and awaiting a full repair. Fantastic service, thank you!
Top service to replace our bolier. Good value. No surprises. Very clean and polite. Highly recommended.
