Eva was manning the store when I came in and she was AMAZING, delightful and made me laugh so hard. 10/10 1. She convinced ME, a profoundly frugal human, to buy a new pair of shoes (and socks). Great sales work babe wow. 2. I went there to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased online because the left shoe had a small stain on it. I wanted to switch to a different kind of shoe, and the staff was really accommodating and helpful. The replacement/refund process was easy and pleasurable. Without a doubt, I will return here to purchase other Merrell shoes.
Yesterday I was served by Gabby she was very helpful and when she did not have my size she organised to have it delivered they arrived the next day !! Thank you to Gabby for her great work and helpfulness it was very appreciated. Love the shoes grey morphine Gale 👍
