Purchased hiking boots, padding shifted causing ankle pain. As I purchased 18 months ago no help to fix the issue and customer service basically said sorry too bad. Would never purchase hiking boots for Merrell again. Only completed two holes before I had issues with the boots
Disappointing service. I walked in this morning fully intending to buy a pair of shoes, and was looking at the men's ones whuch are nice and wide and very comfortable. Not one of the three employees came near me, and I was the only person in the store. Appalling, folks. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
