I am travelling in my motorhome and I recently lost (I still don’t know how I did this … ☹️) my Moab Goretex shoes. I wanted to get another pair and found the Merrell shop in Hobart on Google Maps. I have wide feet and have had several pairs of wide Merrells hence wanting another pair because they are very comfortable and practical. I was denied a refunded for a product in perfect condition, due to a mistake by AUSPost that lead to the shoe box being damaged. No compassion from costumer support about my situation. $170 is a lot these days and I would have happily payed to replace the shoe box. Will think twice before ordering next time...
Staff were incredible, had a great knowledge of their products and the use of them. They were also able to advise how particular styles fit and what the differences were! Super glad I went into store to get the right advice and the perfect hiking boot for my needs.
