The older lady named sue (I think) at the reception was one of the most rude judgemental and obnoxious people I’ve dealt with in a long time Other then that the place was really good and the Veterinarian herself was amazing shame that lady drags the place down
The ladies there are very nice and professional.
Pat and Chat vet misdiagnosed my cat leaking fluid as being over weight when we actually found out later, she was leaking due to having a very bad UTI (we inherited her from prev. owner not caring for her). And she is not a she. Its a male cat originally named Simon. Another thing missed. Always get second opinions if youre desperate enough to go to Pat n Chat mobile vet.
