Cleanliness is foul. Clearly unwashed sheets on the bed, floor unvaccumed for what looks like weeks. Crusty stains on bed sheets accompanied by hair in the bed. Management seems to be inconvenienced by you making a booking. Shame they stopped caring.

Very unclean. Dirty plates, hair in the bathroom and the bed. Management should make sure the cleaner is doing the job properly after all it is their business' reputation.
