I see previous reviews discussing scheduling issues. I do understand there is an answering machine to schedule appointments and are made in the afternoon. If you can't be flexible, this might not be the best choice for you. However, if you care about your health and looking for a doctor who puts the patient first, Mermelstein is your man. Today, staff booked a same-day appointment over the phone for my boyfriend who took time off work to drive down to Dr Mermelstein's office. Provider does not take United Heath Care HMO and sent his office girl to explain the misunderstanding instead of greeting us himself.
