Absolutely the worst! If you want to pay top dollar for a green pool, hire Tom! He may show up for like 5 minutes and throw in sub par chemicals. Maybe if you're lucky, he'll actually scrub and vacuum the pool like once a month despite paying for twice weekly service but he'll forget to empty the filter baskets. We built a pool at our property on Pensacola Beach that was completed in March 2019 and hired Tom, as he came highly recommended through the pool builder, to maintain the pool during summer rentals. Our mistake. We stayed at our property twice during the summer and the pool was not vacuumed either week and we added water to the pool both weeks as well. Total ripoff. And he's not even a valid pool business or contractor in Santa Rosa or Escambia County, much less anywhere in the State of Florida.
