came in for a pedicure and when I say this is the BEST one I’ve ever had, I truly mean that. I’m literally writing this review and she’s not even done yet. The level of care, time, and gentleness she puts into her work is unmatched. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience and not just rushing through appointments. Everything feels so relaxing and intentional. 10/10, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Mermaid Nails. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Mermaid Nails for a few months now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Rosie is amazing! she’s kind, gentle, and very detail-oriented. She always takes her time and makes the appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Been here twice now and loved how my nails came out each time! Rosie is great and gave me the exact design I wanted. Appointment only so it's not crowded and they take their time for each customer. Highly recommend!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was the worst manicure I've ever had. It took 1.5 hours bc they would only paint and cure one or two nails at a time. They made all the nails different lengths and didn't give me the shape I kept asking for. The worst part though is that she drilled the nails to the point of being so thin, I'm afraid they will all break today. Very unhappy.

This was the best nail experience I’ve ever had in the States. The nail work was top-notch, and the prices were very reasonable. Everyone was so kind and welcoming—it was an all-around satisfying experience!
