We couldn’t be happier! We were able to bring our car to the mechanic straight away when we had an issue. They ran a diagnostic for us and took care of everything as quickly as possible. They really took the time to make sure the car was properly repaired and safe to drive again, which gave us great peace of mind. We are more than grateful to Ben and his team. Really disappointed. I paid almost $1,000 for two repairs, but one issue was never fixed. Another mechanic confirmed the problem wasn’t related to the work I’d paid for and needed a completely different repair. I’d also been given a much lower quote over the phone, but the price was much higher when I picked up the car. They said the extra work “had to be done” because it was dangerous, without informing me or asking for approval. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.
Matt was awesome. Got an emergency situation and Matt looked into the issue and fixed it. I am very satisfied with Mermaid Motors and will be continuing with them now on.
Just had a great experience with Matt and the team. Had a check engine light come on and the guys were more than happy to run a scan free of charge. Friendly and honest, looking forward to coming back when the next service is due.
