The shop is very calming and is always kept beautiful.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Sam! She truly goes above and beyond every single time I visit. Not only does she deliver incredible results, but she also takes the time to educate you on everything hair—so you leave feeling confident and informed, not just styled. Kat did such an amazing job doing my weft extensions. Her install was done seamlessly and they look and feel so natural and beautiful. I am so happy with how my extensions, color and blend look. She is a true artist and is the sweetest! Great atmosphere in the salon as well
Always have such a great experience at Mermaid Labs. The staff is talented and efficient, and also so friendly and down to earth; you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I get my extensions done here by Katherine (she is a wizard!) and the results speak for themselves every time. The space itself is beautifully decorated and such a fun vibe. My hair was in very bad shape after a few surgeries and a very tough rehab… the Angels (or should I say Mermaids) at Mermaids Labs nursed my hair back to health , little by little I Himalayan am getting healthy hair again!! Special kudos to Michelle, Sam, Brielle , Michelle, and Kat…. 🥰
