I've been coming to this clinic for 15 years and happy with all the doctors I've seen such as Dr Flynn, Mokhtarpour, Gordon etc & the receptionist there are always friendly & helpful. However, on 28th Feb 2026 had bad experience with the young lady at the front desk medical - she was rude, provided poor customer service and kept saying "I don't know!! ". It’s rare to find a good Bulk Billing medical centre! The doctors here are great and very knowledgeable! They even take walk in’s!
Would definitely not recommend My mother’s skin biopsy results were never followed up After said results come back from pathology absolutely no correspondence at all resulting in an aggressive skin cancer being left to Fester for four months longer than it should have been Resulting in further treatment This has been an absolutely stressful time Thanks, Dr. Philip. Interest in skin cancer what a freaking joke Pure negligence you need to be held accountable
Dr. Harley Gordon was extremely compassionate and understanding. It is not often you can find GPs who make you feel heard or not rushed. My appointment also ran on time.
Extremely disappointed with the experience at Mermaid Junction Medical Centre, particularly with the practice manager, Mandy. My father was stuck in Japan for an extra week due to the clinic’s failure to complete a critical insurance form needed for his medical clearance. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was done—and the only response we got was a demand for an $80 payment upfront before they would even consider processing the paperwork.
