Patient of this Medical Centre - just had very rude interaction with Reception staff over phone whilst trying to make appt to review results of colonoscopy. Girl would not listen to what I requested or be polite, friendly or courteous. Despite being advised hospital will send results to Doctor there the Receptionist stated they would have to request them ???
