Perfect hair colour experience, the team is wonderful, Bella and Hong helped me so much and got me a colour without using bleach. Loved the experience.
First time getting extensions and had a wonderful experience with Kapua and Hong! Everyone is so kind and accommodating!!!!
I had the best sew-in experience with Huang (sp). The wefts are so comfortable and very, very secure. At the salon I went to in the past they would start to fall out within the week, but not at Mermaid! I'm so happy! Plus, they have very flexible scheduling. Thanks so much!

I came in for a simple removal and smoothing treatment and wow. Everyone was SO kind and down to earth. Sometimes, Seattle salons can be uppidy (especially for higher priced services) and everyone here was so nice, accommodating, respectful and I had the best experience. I never leave reviews but felt this one was necessary! If you are on the fence about booking here - do it.
