Perfect treatment from Dr Fisser. Thank you also to injection nurses and receptionists who are efficient and very helpful.
Staff are really friendly and attentive. Dr Cuffe is the best doctor - took me 5yrs to get the diagnosis from Dr Cuffe who found the problem within a few months of seeing him.
Dr. Justin Cuffe is absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, empathy, and genuine care made me feel more supported than I’ve ever felt in a medical appointment. I live in Southport, and I’m more than happy to drive all the way just to see him The reception experience could be improved. While some staff are helpful, a few (mainly the younger ones) came across as a bit rude. Receptionists and nurses are lovely. Dr is ok. However they need to fix up their cancellation policy. Appointment was cancelled from them and rescheduled appointment is 2.5 months away! Ridiculous and unfair, especially considering the fact that you have already waited 2.5 months for the appointment initially. Would go to a different Dr, however already spent a fortune (clinic is expensive), and do not want to start the process over again.
