If you want a caterer that will stress you out while planning a wedding, go with mermaid catering. First, off, they charged me a $468 fee because I changed my wedding venue and date( I made this change 8 months in advance). I thought it was insane to be charged that much for a fee that goes towards nothing, but I paid it because it was the only thing holding us back from our dream wedding venue. I waited as long as possible to write this review hoping that the owner would resolve our situation but have had no response. December 2025 10 days before Christmas my father-in-law passed away. I contacted the owner and asked for Mermaid Catering to provide FULL SERVICE along with food for our gathering at my home following the memorial service.
