I paid 3k for the full-body assessment, and I was so disappointed with the lack of service that comes with it. There were findings, but no explanations; a very basic report was provided. If you pay this kind of money I expected a more in-depth report, a call, explanations on what it is that they found. I went to another provider and did the exact same again and they scheduled a call to ran through each part of the report for the same amount, and a much more in depth report. This is what I expect from that kind of money.

18/10/25 Update to all my previous reviews my latest visits i would like to say it was a nice to see they are all still as welcoming as they always are all staff included in this compliment, and importantly they are very good at what they do, which obviously helps us the patients get better sooner. all the staff in admin are all so helpful including guiding me through how to set up the app so i can observe my own reports and images, Great job. Only place to go on the Coast. Thankyou so much. Only place to go on the Coast.
