I play bowls there three days a week minimum and find the competition skilled and lively. The greens seem to be the best on the coast and allow me to win a lot of games because they run so true. Most of the competitors can swallow my sallow remarks about their skills with good humour and allow for healthy debate during the after game wait for prize giving. Nice little club. Unfortunately didn’t have a very good lunch there. It was so over priced for what it was. Took a friend for lunch but it was embarrassing. Barramundi and salad with chips $23 … fish was dry and very small , salad was a few spinach leaves one slice cumcber and one cherry tomato. Just not good sorry to say.
