Do not buy. They obviously use drop shipping and can’t for fill any orders. It’s been 2 months since my item was supposed to be shipped out back in May. The communication is terrible you always have to keep following up, why not send out a general email to all on your mailing list providing updates on back orders/ stock not arriving on time so customers are not sitting and waiting quietly raging. Some feedback to take on board. Thought I was supporting a local Perth company, as a hairdresser myself I wouldn’t recommend.

Purchased before Black Friday sales a number of items spent $130 for the free gift which is why I spent so much to get , sent many emails and been treated like I’m the bad guy here . SCAM… I ordered Mermade hair products on 27th November, until today 21st December, still hasn’t received it. I did contact them several times to check on where was my order, then found out it was not even shipped, and then they prioritized for me for express shipping which does not exist Rang goes to message, email they just ignore it but continues to advertise great sales. They are Xmas presents. I am sending this on to the tv show a current affairs, maybe they will have luck in getting us some response.
