Purchased before Black Friday sales a number of items spent $130 for the free gift which is why I spent so much to get , sent many emails and been treated like I’m the bad guy here . SCAM… I ordered Mermade hair products on 27th November, until today 21st December, still hasn’t received it. I did contact them several times to check on where was my order, then found out it was not even shipped, and then they prioritized for me for express shipping which does not exist Rang goes to message, email they just ignore it but continues to advertise great sales. They are Xmas presents. I am sending this on to the tv show a current affairs, maybe they will have luck in getting us some response.
ordered on 29 November rang them last week to be told it would be shipped that day using express. Considering the business is 15 minutes up the road( Really wish I had done my research before I ordered) Four days later, still hasn’t arrived…. I wish I read the google review before purchase! Understand that during the holiday seasons, delivery can be slow, however I ordered Mermade hair products on 27th November, until today 20th December, still hasn’t received it. I did contact them last week to check on where was my order, then found out it was not even shipped, and then they prioritized for me for express shipping and gave me a tracking number on Monday 15th December that didn’t even exist! Ordered a hair waver, Did not receive a confirmation or shipping email. Contacted then to be informed they currently have no stock, and that was almost 3 weeks ago.hhmm…. is it the customers responsibility to chase up their order? No communication from them since and online chat is basically emailing them as there is never anyone online to chat with. There is no direct instant communication them.
