My tv picture went out on my TV a month after purchasing it. The warranty center sent out Merlins TV service. They took my TV and said they would get me a new TV with in a day. TWO weeks later and I still have no TV. I have called several times just to have a answering machine get my call. They left a cell phone number on the answering machine, I tried calling the cell phone left a message and several days later no call return.
