I’ve purchased a refrigerator And now a washer and dryer set. Steve was great for both purchases. They didn’t have the matching dryer he found it at another store and had it shipped over. I live out of town almost 2 hours away so it’s difficult to get to idaho falls quickly, Steve worked with me to make arrangements to drop off an item at a friends house so I could get it on the weekend after store hours. I will be using Merlin’s again for our next appliance purchase !
We bought a beautiful TV from Merlins in Idaho Falls. The old TV died and we never realized how technology has changed our viewing experience. The no glare feature is amazing. We don't have too shut the blinds or turn off lights to watch TV any time of day. We set it up ourselves and had some trouble. I called Merlins last Friday before 5:00 and they walked me through the set up patiently, explaining as we went. It was 5:40pm before we said goodnight. Problem solved.
