Wonderful folks to deal with. Very professional and friendly. The gentlemen that delivered the TV were fantastic and patient with our age group. Very honest, thorough, and helpful. Extremely patient staff, as well. They even helped us with our kiddos as we were trying to make a focused decision. When we were jumping between two choices for a fridge, they flat out looked up reviews and let us know the cheaper one had better reviews. They’re not trying to upsell you, they’re trying to help you consider what’s best for your situation. And the customer service was top notch. I’ll recommend Merlin’s TV to anyone. Great experience!
