Very honest, thorough, and helpful. Extremely patient staff, as well. They even helped us with our kiddos as we were trying to make a focused decision. When we were jumping between two choices for a fridge, they flat out looked up reviews and let us know the cheaper one had better reviews. They’re not trying to upsell you, they’re trying to help you consider what’s best for your situation. And the customer service was top notch. I’ll recommend Merlin’s TV to anyone. Great experience!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We looked around for appliances and found the prices at Merlin’s to be very fair. We will absolutely be back!
