I had a refrigerator emergency while hosting family from out of the country, and after visiting multiple stores in Idaho Falls, I ended up at Merlins TV. Josh went above and beyond by offering to sell me their floor model and arranged same-day delivery within hours. Their price was unbeatable, and their 50-month warranty outshone everyone else. Merlins TV turned a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend them!

I didn't know that Merlin's sold appliances. When I went into the store I was surprised by how many appliances they had. Their prices are the best I was able to find and I had shopped around a lot. The two gentlemen working there were super friendly and helpful giving me loads of information about the appliance we were buying.
