I have to say this place was so amazing! Anyone who has to go into a medical supply store I can tell you is not doing it willingly. Mary who is one of the managers helped me and was so patient with my old self. She has the nicest friendliest voice I have ever heard. She really made me feel comfortable and was so kind. I will 100% be returning for all my medical needs. If you need help ask for Mary. Thank you Merlins and Mary you have a great staff!
I called to rent a specific machine. I was told that was what I would get. I hired a Service to pick it up since I was out of town. It was not the correct machine and they would not refund my money. They basically told me that the corporation doesn’t care and to have a nice day. Beware or make sure you have checked everything yourself because they kind of suck.
DO NOT PURCHASE. THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I received a pair of elbow crutches from Merly Medical Supply, and they were completely defective. The handle ring is too tight, too small, NOT adjustable, and I can’t even fit my arm through — making them impossible to use. My wife was told yesterday to come pick up a wheel chair today. She made the hour long drive today and arrived during the advertised business hours. When she got there the place was closed. No note on door. Nothing. This is around noon. She waited there for close to an hour. Nothing. Now mother in law has to suffer longer than she needs due to no wheelchair. And we still have to make drive again. If you are going to be closed, don't ask us to drive up there and at least have the decency to put up a sign why you are closed.
