WE ARE THE HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A LARGE TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY IN NC. WE SUSTAINED MAJOR WIND AND HAIL DAMAGE TO OUR ROOFS. WE SUBMITTED A COMMUNITY WIDE CLAIM TO REPLACE THE ROOFS. Jimmy DePalo negotiated with the insurance company to get us the most money for our claim. The insurance company let our claim gather dust for over a year. When Mr. De Palo became involved we started to see some action on our claim. He is professional and understanding. It was a pleasure to work with him. My husband and I are nearly 80 years old. I have nothing to say but WOW. First of all, be patient. The prcoess takes time, but you must have faith in your team. William Flournoy handled our case like a champion. We were offered a tiny sum of money originally and he was able to get us everything we needed to complete our repairs. He answered every call and email and held our hand though every step. In a world where I normally like to write negative reviews, I can only offer thanks and praise here. You are so appreciated!
