Outstanding customer service! Fantastic staff! We have owned several Merlin safety covers in our family over the years at two separate homes with two separate pools. In 2021, we purchased a new Merlin cover which had a manufacturing defect where water was leaking through the seams to the top of the cover, then being pumped out by the cover pump, basically emptying out the pool over time and making the cover droop and sag as the water level inside went lower and lower. I bought a unground pool liner about 3 years ago and it has faded for the past 1 year and the company says they dont warrant fading. After spending all the money for the liner and normal use this should have not happen. Merlin doesnt keep up to products and I wouldnt use their products again

It is an industry standard that fading is not covered under warranty. You should have received a copy of the warranty when you received your liner. While I don't know of your specific situation, quicker fading is typically caused by user error such as improper water chemistry. I apologize that you did not have a good experience with our products but we do honor our warranty if you familiarize yourself with the warranty that is provided.
This company does not stand by its warranty. Blaming the breakdown of the product on chemical exposure. (no surprise-In a hot tub, you do use chemicals)

This company does not stand by their warranty! I purchased a Merlin Industries pool covering Nov 2009, Which came with a 15 yr limited warranty. After approx. 11 yrs the pool cover separated at the seams, no tears, only separation in 3 areas which is covered under the warranty information. After numerous attempts to have the pool cover repaired I was told “ it’s probably unrepairable”. Nobody came to see the cover, I did send photos. I then contacted a local tarp repair shop. Best customer service! We loved our liner - still love - but unfortunately it had to be discontinued due to fading underwater. When I asked merlin about the problem - they were so quick to research, reply, and ensure me they would handle the replacement. Nothing but excellent customer service.
As a builder of in ground custom vinyl liner pools you are only as good as every component that you pick to build someone's dream backyard and with that being said I have used this company exclusively for the past five years because of how well they back what they sale. I bought an in ground vinyl pool liner from Merlin Industries in June 2017. We are very happy with it; it looks very nice. The marketing coordinator is very friendly and helpful. She even made a follow up email. We are fully satisfied with the product and will buy again from this company.
