They had my car for 4 days, not even give me a call or info when they will check it. I was without car,not communication with my warranty to get me a rental… They even parked it on a very back….. Never picked up phone, no communication…
This is my go to place when I need to get something check with my Sonata. They were to take my car in quickly and were open about what are possible problems.
My has taken his vechiles here for years and has always had great service, respect and reasonable prices. He swears by their services.
Every time I called, I was able to get an update on the progress. I got a detailed explanation of all my charges. In addition to being very responsive, Angela and Arnold provided excellent service. Very impressed with Merlin Auto.
