Bad customer service.
This Merlin's location gave me a great estimate and were very prompt with their service. I particularly liked working with Jose who was very friendly, detailed and informative. He was also very helpful with a loaner vehicle so I could go to home while the exhaust repairs were in completed. I would recommend this location.
