Love the people at Merlin. I found them over 5 years ago and they do a great job diagnosing issues and recommending preventative maintenance. They actually take you to the vehicle to show you the concerning areas for yourself and also provide detailed pictures. They leave the decision up to the customer but you have all the facts related to any issues. It's an actual repair shop you can trust
I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change. The staff were prompt and courteous. They performed very well and quickly. I am very satisfied. I have been going to this location for years and will continue to do so.

José the manager, has a great team to communicate good with you and I’ve been very impressed every time I’ve gone in there.
