I have a family with 4 cars and we have gone to Merlin for many years. Early on they were great. Would often see the owner in the shop and he was knowledgeable…BUT for the last 18-24 months, I take my car in for an oil change and they have $4-5k and in other repairs suggested. One, I think they are looking for unnecessary repairs and two, they have become very expensive. Will be looking for other options for my cars going forward.
A diagnosis and repair that you know is done right ,shops like these are gems.
