My husband and I have been going to the Merlin in Plainfield IL for years. All the men there are super kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. There is a man named Kirk who, 9 times out of 10, we deal with, and he is absolutely one of the funniest kindest men we deal with. Love everyone there. They are truly amazing! 🥰

I've been going here for 6 years. One time I went somewhere else down the street for a friend, and that was a HUGE mistake. Merlin never rips me off, even when I know they could have had an opportunity to. Their customer service is stellar, and they always get my work done quickly. My old car is 16 years old and they keep her running beautifully! Go to Merlin.
The employees here (specifically the front desk) were so kind and really attentive to what I needed to figure out with my car. They tried various avenues to try to help me out and gave great suggestions. Will be back for other services as needed!
