First time there !!! Kept to their appointment was there at 4:30 and was out by 5:00 for an oil change also got a recommendation on my exhaust repair and they did not try to sell me an arm and an extra leg lol great job guys !!!
My husband and I have been going to the Merlin in Plainfield IL for years. All the men there are super kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. There is a man named Kirk who, 9 times out of 10, we deal with, and he is absolutely one of the funniest kindest men we deal with. Love everyone there. They are truly amazing! 🥰
