I recently stopped by this Merlin location after being denied a simple inspection from another local vendor. I had a severe grinding sound and I knew it was not good. I stopped in to Merlin about 20 minutes before they were closing and I spoke to a gentleman. I think his name was Jason, but could be wrong. I explained my concerns and Jason said he'd have no problem checking out my car after understanding the severity of my case.
