Very customer friendly also do professional work. Highly recommend using there services.
The work they perform at Merlin’s is great. The appearance of the place is sub par in that the grounds outside needs work. The spider webs around the windows and on the waiting area chairs are terrible.
To start with, your markup of non oem parts are absurd. Over 300%. I had repairs done at the East Peoria il location. Business hours varied from day to day compared to advertised business hours. The business called me and asked if I could pay over the phone before 4pm, even though the vehicle would not be finished until mid morning the next day.
