These guys are honest and do amazing work!!!!!! Family owned and they have great customer service!!!
Just had a terrible experience. They claim they know what they are doing, but I had to do the research , tell them the part needed, and tell them how long it would take to replace. They were over $3k on the estimate, but do to my vigilance I got it down to $1100. $95/hr shop rate is ridiculous. They'll never see one of my vehicles again.
Trusted and reliable service center for all your automotive needs. Serving the Fayetteville and Peachtree City communities for many years. Bruce and team are straight shooters and only recommend what is needed. I have had numerous visits where their recommendation repair or service was less that expected. It's great to have a trusted partner to go to when cars need service.
My family and I have used this location for over 5 years. We have NEVER had an issue with their work. They have awesome customer service and we use no other unless they recommend us out.

Had to have work done recently that was costly. The management went out of their way to price match n give great customer service. Take the time to explain and treat the customer with respect. Other customers came in during my visit and they were treated in the same professional manner. One said "you guys give me the best price" and they did! I will defiantly consider them for future automotive needs.
I've been using this shop for all my car repairs for about 3 years now. They are incredibly honest. One time I thought that I needed to replace a starter in my Toyota (a job the costs $500), but they took a look at it and realized it was just a bad battery. They will give free brake checks and will usually asses any problem for free. They are polite and friendly and have even picked me up from my home and taken me to my work (only 5 miles away) while they were making repairs, at no extra charge. Simba is the owner and he has assembled a staff that is friendly and skilled. They are trained to provide exceptional service and they want you as a regular customer. I tell all my friends about his shop because it is one of the best places for complete auto repair.
I totally disagree with the other review. We have used this Merlins since they first opened and take 2 personal vehicles and 2 business vehicles here for all of our auto care, not just mufflers & brakes. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is reliable. Even though this has never been an issue for us, they have said, "Be sure you let us know if there's ever a problem.
