Max was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist with changing my interstate number plates over to SA, as they had anti theft screws. I'll definitely be going there for future auto needs.
Took my Subaru outback into these guys and it was sounding like a tractor. They got straight onto it and fixed it in 15 minutes. Then didn't even charge me. Truly grateful for that. Will defo be using these guys again on my next service. Highly recommend. Friendly and polite service.
Amazing service and very affordable
Incredible! Nick here not only embraced helping me fix up my little truck, but was almost more excited than me! He took a lot of care and attention to diagnose a few issues, then was great in communicating both cost and time frame. Best of all, he even followed up to check I was happy with all the work!!
Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. Has been 6 months since Merlin Auto Repairs falsely diagnosed an issue with my vehicle and carried out works that didn’t rectify it. Merlin were more than happy to charge me over 6 grand for the works but have refused to refund it even though the issue remains.
