I am a blue-eyed, blonde, looking for professionally applied makeup for a company event. The makeup artist was very pleasant. Her touch was soft, yet sure and confident. First off I told her that I don't do hair or makeup ever. She assured me that wasn't a problem. My girlfriend came home with her eyebrows completely torn up and she had huge scabs for weeks she said Makenzie did her. You should have someone with more training. My girlfriend will never go back and I won't recommend this place to anyone have an awesome day!

SEE UPDATED POST AT THE BOTTOM!! Booked an appointment for a pedicure and eyebrows at the Merle Norman location in the Semiamhoo mall in Whiterock. I showed up and the manager said I have no one to do it. She claimed I never booked a pedicure. I assured her I most certainly did. She said she would have been the one that took the appointment and she did not book that appointment.
