Quite upset with our latest trip to this store. Previously, we had a fantastic experience here getting our daughter’s ear pierced. The price was decent and she received a cute bear to commemorate the occasion. However, we recently came to get our other daughter’s ear pieced and it was a completely different experience. The prices of the earrings seemed astronomical for infants (starting at $190+), but it would’ve been ok if they didn’t tack on an extra $21.99 for doing both ears at the same time. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the service was great, very fast and reasonably priced. The person who helped me was very friendly
Amazing spa and customer service. Got my eyebrows done but moreover the store ambience is super good as well with good products
The ladies are always talking instead of helping . Lady chooses to do eyebrows her way even if you ask specifically for the way you like it . She took off my whole arch . Went to Sephora . Few ladies working there were unimpressed with the woman’s work . They did help me there to fix it. I will go to them from now on. Way more helpful and friendly .
