Just had my eyebrows softaped with Debbie. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. She explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Quite upset with our latest trip to this store. Previously, we had a fantastic experience here getting our daughter’s ear pierced. The price was decent and she received a cute bear to commemorate the occasion. However, we recently came to get our other daughter’s ear pieced and it was a completely different experience. The prices of the earrings seemed astronomical for infants (starting at $190+), but it would’ve been ok if they didn’t tack on an extra $21.99 for doing both ears at the same time. Amazing spa and customer service. Got my eyebrows done but moreover the store ambience is super good as well with good products
