I have been going to this particular store for about 6 years & the older sales lady is rude when I have needed to make an exchange! She argued with me in front of other customers! I have only made 2 exchange in the whole time I have been going there w/the second one being today, plus I spent. $15.00 more this visit. I didn't want to exchange because of the last experience but couldn't use the products I purchased. I do want to note she is very friendly when I am purchasing products.
