Sharon and Amanda are lovely and really made the visit to get my sister's ears re-pierced a stress-free experience! Amanda was very professional and patient while we tried to get the holes just in the right place. There is a reason this beautiful Merle Norman store has been in Vienna for so many years - because of the people and their wonderful products. Thanks for a great experience!
I had not been into a Merle Norman store since I last went with my mother in the ‘70s. I finally decided to try this one out. Wow! The customer service was phenomenal and I was equally impressed with the quality of the products. I will definitely be back as it sure does beat the popular MLM products I was recently using.
