The owner took lots of time trying to search other stores for a color that I always used, but had been discontinued. She was very patient and tried to find another color palette that looked similar for a replacement color. She did find one of the discontinued colors and brought it in for me free of charge. She was so very patient while customers searched through colors and she offered tips along the way. :) I had a great experience shopping there and will go back to get all my Merle Norman make--up needs.

This Merle Norman is the BEST! I once owned a Merle Norman Studio and I know what it takes to have good customer relationship. This place goes beyond the call of duty. Once after my husband passed away, I had done some legal work in the morning and afterwards cried. I had another appointment in the afternoon and I needed to repair my makeup. I love Albemarle Merle Norman! The owner is so nice! One day I would love to work there. I have used the product about 50 years. My favorite is Lasting Foundation and Flawless Effect Loose Powder! The other day I got something new and I LOVE IT… WRINKLE SMOOTHER and MIRACOL Creamy Formula….. EVEN MY HUSBAND TOLD ME THAT HE COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I love you Metal Norman…Anne Stilwell

The girls were so helpful in finding the best products for me. Demonstrated brow techniques as well. It felt so personal and private for choosing all things skin care and glamour! I just love the boutique stuff, always something different. So glad to have you in Albemarle!
